“We joined Leaside United when our son was a baby, and we’re so happy to have been part of this congregation for 23 years. It’s been an important part of our lives; not only the Sunday school and youth programs for our children (which were quite wonderful), but all the ways Firth and I participated too. We have met very nice people and made good friends through the church. Walking to church and going for Sunday brunch is a nice tradition for us and spending an hour a week essentially meditating on the more important issues in life feels good for the soul. There’s no pressure and we certainly have our lapses, but we are so glad we chose to make Leaside United a part of our lives.”
