FILM NIGHT – JANUARY 20, 2012 at 7:15 pm
Our first film night of 2012 will take place on Friday, Jan. 20, 2012. This month’s feature is “The Defiant Ones”, a landmark movie about racial tolerance from 1958. Nominated for 9 Academy Awards, the film stars Sidney Poitier and Tony Curtis as two fugitives from a chain gang. Shackled together, they are running from the law and desperate for freedom from each other.
