Mrs. Park’s Nursery School
 
Mrs. Park’s Nursery School has been providing Nursery care and education to the community for 50 years and offers a wide range of programs and camps for pre-schoolers, kindergarteners and campers.
 

 

Musical Moments with Sophie Bell

Musical Moments with Sophie Bell espouses the philosophies of Orff, Kodaly, and Dalcroze Eurythmics where, through movement, instruments, singing and games, the joy of creative music-making is fostered. Young children are invited to see, hear, do and share in a learning partnership, creating personal meaning.

 

 

Leaside Dance School

Leaside Dance School provides a high quality dance education in a local, neighbourhood setting. We emphasize personal development, musicality, and exercise, in a fun and supportive environment. Our students are nurtured in a non-competitive atmosphere where the emphasis is on the art of dance. Performance skills are developed over the year, culminating in our year end recital.

 

Afternoon Badminton League

The Afternoon Badminton League meets every Tuesday and Thursday from October to April from 1:00pm to 2:30pm in the gymnasium for casual round robin play.  Contact the Church Office for more information 416.425.1253.

 

Evening Badminton League

The Evening Badminton League meets every Tuesday and Thursday from October to April from 8:00pm to 9:30pm in the gymnasium for casual round robin play. Contact the Church Office for more information 416.425.1253.
 

 

Scouts Canada

The 82nd group of Beavers, Cubs and Scouts meet regularly. Scouts Canada, the country’s leading youth organization, offers seven challenging programs for boys, girls and youth age 5-26 in thousands of individual groups in most cities and towns across Canada. Over 74,000 young people enjoy Scouts Canada’s programs, which are provided by 23,000 caring and dedicated volunteers.
 

 

Girl Guides of Canada

Sparks and Brownies of the Girl Guides of Canada meet regularly from September to June.
